Specialty Cocktails

Kiss From A Rose $9 
This elegant cocktail is a combination of Nao Nis Prosecco, St. George Absinthe, a touch of fresh squeezed lemon juice, and just a kiss of rose petal simple syrup.

Pearfect Afternoon $9 
A wonderfully well balanced fall cocktail. We combine vanilla infused vodka, sparkling white wine, a luscious yet delicate pear purée, and a splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice. It really doesn’t get any better than this!

Sidecar Brambler $9
Not your average Bramble! This cocktail uses Cles de Ducs VSOP Armagnac, Cointreau, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and blackberry shrub to take the original to whole different level.

Ginger Me Gimlet $10
We start with fresh ginger root and cucumber to create a colorful and aromatic reduction. From there we add Downslope Ould Tom Gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, shake it to high noon and serve it up. This fresh creation would make any sailor’s day.

Rosemary’s Dove $11
A simple yet elevated Paloma. We build Cimarron Blanco, fresh squeezed lime juice, rosemary shrub, and Pellegrino Pompelmo in a salted glass with a Derrumbes San Luis Potosi Mezcal float. Guess this dove isn’t so lonesome after all.

Almond Of My Rye $11
Classic twist on a classic drink. We take Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, (which uses a higher than average rye component,) couple that with Nardini Mandorla, (a grappa based spirit with subtleties of almond and cherry,) add a dash of orange bitters and… saluti, a truly special Old Fashioned.
